We strive to offer our customers superior products at exceptional values. If, however, the merchandise we deliver does not meet your needs, you may request a refund or replacement.


Most merchandise qualifies for a refund within thirty (30) days of receipt.

If an item is damaged or defective at the time of receipt, we will cover your return shipping costs and issue a replacement or refund. Otherwise, customers are responsible for shipping costs on returned items.

All undamaged, non-defective return products must be in their original box and in like-new condition to qualify for a refund.
