CELEBRITY  
Darrin Henson began his career onstage as a choreographer and dancer. As one of the top choreographers in the business, Darrin has worked with Michael Jackson, Jennifer Lopez, Britney Spears, Christina Aguilera, and won the “Best Choreographer of the Year” trophy at the 2000 MTV Video Music Awards for *N’SYNC’s “Bye, Bye, Bye” video. He has starred in hit shows such as N.Y.P.D. Blue, Beverly Hills 90210 and New York Undercover. Darrin is one of the stars on the hit SHOWTIME series SOULFOOD and plays Lem Van Adams. He is experiencing great success with his dance video, ‘Darrin’s Dance Grooves’. Darrin choreographed *N’SYNC's '98, '99, and 2000 World Tours, Britney Spears "Crazy", "Genie In A Bottle" by Christina Aguilera and many more. Other notable people Darrin has worked with are Prince, Enrique Iglesias, The Spice Girls, Dru Hill, and Olympic figure skater Tara Lipinsk

 

SPORTS  
Brevin Knight is a point guard for the Memphis Grizzles.  The Atlanta Hawks acquired him for Jim Jackson, Anthony Johnson and Larry Robinson on 1/2/01. In 1997, Brevin was drafted in the first round of the NBA draft (16th pick overall) by the Cleveland Cavaliers where he played until 2001.  He reached the 2,000-career point plateau last season and has registered at least 100 steals in three of his four seasons.  During his college career at Stanford University, Brevin was the winner of the 1997 Frances Pomeroy Naismith by the Basketball Hall of Fame as the nation’s outstanding senior male collegian under six feet.  He also earned First Team All-Pac 10 and team MVP honors from his sophomore through senior seasons.  Brevin graduated from Stanford University in 1997 where he earned a degree in sociology.
Brett Maxie is in his third year with the San Francisco 49ers as assistant secondary coach. He joined the 49ers after spending the ’98 season as a defensive backs/defensive quality control coach with the Carolina Panthers. Brett assists Jim Mora in coaching the secondary, as well as other areas of defensive preparation. As a 13-year veteran of the NFL, he spent nine seasons with the New Orleans Saints (1985-93), one with Atlanta (’94) and two with Carolina (1995-96). Brett was the first player to ever record an interception with Carolina and had career-high six picks in ’95 with the Panthers. He closed his playing career in San Francisco (’97), finishing his career with 23 interceptions. Brett graduated in 1985 with a degree in biology from Texas Southern, where he played safety.
Rodney McCray enters his third season in the Cincinnati Reds organization.  Rodney joined the Reds’ minor-league staff last season as an outfield instructor.  He began his professional coaching career in 1994 as an outfield /hitting coach in the Pioneer League in Canada. He went on to scout for the San Diego in 1996 before returning to the coaching ranks in 1997 with Class-A West Palm Beach in the Montreal system.  McCray also coached at Class-A Lansing in the Kansas City system in 1998.  Originally selected by San Diego in 1984, McCray played 10 pro seasons, including Major League stints with the Chicago White Sox (1990-91) and the New York Mets (1992). 
Dain Blanton won the Gold Medal in Men’s Beach Volleyball at the Sydney, Australia 2000 Olympics, upsetting the world's top seeded team from Brazil. In 1997, Dain became a pioneer in beach volleyball becoming the first African American pro player to win a major title. He won the richest payday in beach volleyball history, the $300,000 Hermosa Beach AVP Grand Slam. In 1997 he established "Dain's Day at the Beach", a sponsor driven series of volleyball clinics to expose kids throughout Los Angeles' urban areas to the sport of beach volleyball. Dain accepted a full scholarship to Pepperdine University in Malibu. In his second year, Dain led the Pepperdine Waves to a National Championship. Dain graduated from Pepperdine with a degree in Public Relations and acquired his teaching credential. Dain is currently playing on the AVP Pro Beach Volleyball Tour.

  Doran  Reed began his 'film' career at an early age.  Doran spent 3 seasons on the hit TV series 'Roc' as a stage manager.  He then moved on to work in production on the films 'Friday', 'Panther' and 'Sunset Park.' In 1996, Doran joined the established casting company Robi Reed & Associates.   There he became a Casting Associate, working on films as 'Gridlock'd' and 'Love Jones.'  Never letting go of his desire to direct, Doran took a brief hiatus from Robi Reed & Associates, to work closely with director\writer Kasi Lemmons on the critically acclaimed film 'Eve's Bayou.'  After this experience, Doran returned to Robi Reed & Associates to help cast such projects as HBO's  'Don King: Only in America' and 'A Lesson Before Dying', TNT 'Freedom Song', Eddie Murphy's 'The PJ's', Screen Gems ‘Two Can Play That Game’ and the upcoming features 'Undercover Brother' for Universal and Denzel Washington’s directorial debut “Fish’.
  Robi Reed-Humes is an Emmy Award winning Casting Director. In 1996, she won Outstanding Casting in a Drama for ‘The Tuskegee Airmen’. In 1998, Robi was nominated for ‘Don King: Only In America’. Robi is the catalyst that has launched a multitude of careers including Jim Carrey, Halle Berry, and Wesley Snipes. Robi has cast every Spike Lee film from his 1987 release ‘School Daze,’ to the 1995 release ‘Clockers’. She works with many of Hollywood’s brightest stars including Vanessa Williams, Eddie Murphy, Stevie Wonder, Janet Jackson, Michael Jackson', Richard Pryor, Danny DeVito, Tupac Shakur, and Denzel Washington. She cast ‘The Best Man’, which was number one at the box office. 
  Andrea Reed has assisted Robi Reed in casting many movies, videos, television shows, and commercials and now manages several celebrities. In 1988 Andrea was an Associate Casting Director and became a Casting Director in 1993. She headed Edmonds Management with partners Tracey Edmonds and Robi Reed. Andrea has formed, Wink Entertainment, to manage talent.
